John J. Corcoran

Jack Corcoran is a Portfolio Manager at Beacon Trust. He is responsible for portfolio construction and analysis. He has over 30 years of investment management experience. Prior to joining Beacon Trust Jack was a Director at Tandem Investment Partners. Previously he worked at TD Wealth, heading up their Long Island region. Earlier, he was a Senior Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager at US Trust in Garden City, Long Island for nine years. Before US Trust, Jack spent his career at several top-tier investment firms in New York City.

Jack has given a number of presentations on women’s issues and investing, and has built a career focused on true customer service. As a student of the capital markets, he has focused on building high-quality portfolios which incorporate preservation of wealth foremost and prudent growth secondarily. Jack enjoys the close relationships he shares with many trust and estate attorneys as well as other critical advisors that work together in a symbiotic relationship for the client’s well-being and peace of mind.

He received a BS in both Finance and Economics from Fordham University, as well as an MBA in Finance with a concentration in Investment Management from the Fordham Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Series 65 the Investment Advisor Representative Exam administered by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
